  1. Who do I really rely on?
  2. Is my heart fully committed to the Lord?
  3. Who do you seek help from?

A New Story - 2 Chronicles 20:3-5

A Strategy to Defeat Discouragement

    • Inquire of the Lord
    • Proclaim a fast
    • Come together to seek help from the Lord
    • Stand up!

Pray Big! - 2 Chronicles 20:6-12

  • How big is your God? (vs 6)
  • Will you stand in His presence? (vs 9)
  • Who do you cry out to? (vs 9)
  • Where are your eyes? (vs 12)

God Answers - 2 Chronicles 20:14-17

  • Do not be afraid
  • Do not be discouraged
  • The battle is not yours . . . but God's
  • You will not have to fight this battle
  • Stand firm and see the deliverance the Lord will give
  • Go out and face them
  • The Lord will be with you

God Results - 2 Chronicles 20:18-29

  • Worship creates change (vs 18-22)
  • Their enemies destroyed each other (vs 23)
  • The Fear of the Lord (vs 29)
  • Peace - God gives rest (vs 30)
